2nd’s had a great result Jordon Davis and 5-30 from his 15 overs for Colin Bird restricted Brackley to 151-10 from 47.3 overs, Jon Talbot took 3 catches, one which belied his age.
In reply we had a stuttering start, losing 3 quick wickets to leave us on 10-3 aver 7 overs, a recovery started and a good inning with quick flicks of his legs was cut short at Jon Talbot pulled up lame on 28* and had to retire Kingy followed shortly after with a patient 14, Dan West was caught for 18 having supported Colin Bird well.
In came Jordon Davis who made a good partnership of 50 with Colin before being bowled, Ellie Noble joined Colin and struck a lovely 4 to finish the game on 11* and Colin 41* with two overs to spare. A competitive game leaving us a well placed 3rd in the league.
