From playing village cricket at Tiddington until I was twenty-years-old to turning professional four years later and representing England Lions, I have acquired an immense spectrum of knowledge while playing alongside and against some of the world’s best players, as well as obtaining a true understanding of the mental capabilities and resilience needed to sustain a long career. With over 650 professional wickets in three formats, a first class hundred and many years of experience coaching players at different levels, including within the professional women’s game, I will endeavour to help develop the game of cricketers of all ages.
Coupling the ability and willingness to work hard with a mental resilience, I really feel in a strong position to help others improve their own game. Since coaching on a more regular basis, I have discovered a passion to help other players improve and explore their own games, while having fun in a relaxed environment. I specialise in seam, swing and fast bowling due to my own career, but am also able to coach spin bowling, wicket keeping, batting and fielding to individuals, groups and teams at a very high standard.
